thirdfloorstudios.nl is a static marketing site. We do not set tracking cookies, run analytics, or share visitor data with third parties. Your browser still sends standard request information (IP, user agent) to the hosting provider, which is required to deliver the page.
If you email us at hello@thirdfloorstudios.nl, we use that email only to reply. We don't add it to a list, and we don't share it.
MenuWise (the app)
The MenuWise iOS app has its own privacy policy that covers what the app collects, stores on-device vs. in the cloud, and how subscription billing is handled by Apple.

For data subject requests under the GDPR (access, deletion, correction, portability), email hello@thirdfloorstudios.nl and we will respond within 30 days.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). Standard server logs are kept by the host for operational and security purposes.
Governing law
This site and the relationship with Third Floor Studios are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Northern Netherlands district (Rechtbank Noord-Nederland).
